• How Do I Find Accommodation?

    Once you are in our website just navigate via the search toolbar that shows, location, check-in date, and then press search. This will then list all properties available and then just click on your preferred property for all details and you can book online or by ringing our friendly team in the office.

  • How do I make a booking?

    This is very easy and once you have found the property required you can book online or by ringing our friendly team in the office.

  • When I book my accommodation, do I have to pay a deposit?

    Non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required for all bookings with exception to NSW/ QLD Christmas School Holidays where the non-refundable deposit is $400.00.

    Bookings are subject to a $55.00 booking fee payable at time of paying deposit.

     

  • When do I have to pay the balance of my accommodation?

    The balance of the accommodation fees must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. For Christmas bookings the balance is due by 1st October.

  • What time can I check into my accommodation?

    The premises will be available for occupation from 2pm

  • What if I arrive earlier, can I check in early?

    Yes you can if you make arrangements with our office 1-2 days prior to your arrival and if the property is ready for check-in.  If you arrive early on the day of check-in contact the office and if the property is ready then we will allow early check-in.

  • What time is check out?

    Check-out is by 10.00am.  Please note from 16/12/17 to 15/01/18 check out times will be 9:30am and check in times are 2:30pm unless prior arrangements have been made with the agent in writing.

    NOTE: late check-out may attract a fee.

  • Where do I collect the keys from?

    All our holiday rentals have a lock box at the property. Within 48 hours prior to your arrival date an SMS will be sent to your mobile that you have supplied with the access code to the key lockbox.

  • What are our office hours?

    Our office hours are Mon – Fri 9:00am-5.00pm, Sat 9:00am-12.00pm (closed Sunday and Public Holidays).

  • What if something breaks during my stay?

    Contact us straight away and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation ASAP. Depending on the breakage there may be charges that will apply.

     

  • What if we leave something behind?

    Contact our office and we will be happy to post the item to you, postage to be charged to your credit card.

  • How do I rebook this property for next year, i.e. Christmas and or School holidays etc?

    Just contact our office and we will be able to rebook you

  • Are pets allowed inside pet friendly properties?

    Pets are NOT PERMITTED in any of our properties unless otherwise stated on our website or agreed to in writing.

  • Do we have to clean the property before we leave?

    We greatly appreciate it if you leave the property neat and tidy. The cleaners will come after your departure.

  • What if the house is not left clean on our departure?

    You would only incur additional charges if there was excessive mess

  • What if the house is not clean on arrival?

    Contact us immediately and we will rectify this ASAP

  • Are We Allowed to Have Extra Guests Stay for a Night or Two?

    As long as the number of guests does not exceed the total number of people the property sleeps that is fine.
